丹麥麵包追溯於1850年時,丹麥的麵包師集體罷工,但沒人做麵包也不行,於是從維也納引進麵包師傅來應急
他們做出來的麵包跟丹麥原來的作風很不同,到罷工結束時,大家都已經喜歡上這種新型麵包,再經過微調把它更在地化之後,以「丹麥麵包」Danish pastry為名的酥皮麵包就開始傳遍世界
喜歡一層一層抽絲剝繭的享受,因為麵團夾著奶油香氣不斷的散出,營造出來的千層美味,讓人垂涎三尺,一口接著一口,完全停不下來
可冷凍保存,想吃幾片就烤幾片

◆無須解凍,烤箱預熱180-200度,烤2-4分鐘後,翻面在烤1-3分鐘,產品熱了即可食用(建議考到焦焦脆脆的在食用口感會更好)
◆將麵包切開噴少許水,烘烤3分鐘抹上沙拉醬,可隨意加入火腿、鮪魚等佐料即可食用
