金品千層香酥蛋餅皮,又稱「京餅」或「御餅」
是古時候皇宮裡或京城人食用的麵餅
屬油酥餅類,酥脆不油膩是它的特色
外皮酥脆內層柔軟,絲狀層次分明
不黏牙、不油膩,口感絕佳,老少咸宜
是點心正餐的最佳良伴,更可加入喜愛的配料

烹調方式:不需解凍
【蛋餅】先將千層餅煎至膨脹,再打上一顆蛋(蛋)於鍋上,
將千層餅覆蓋於蛋上,輕壓使蛋附著於餅皮上,待蛋熟即可食用。
烤箱烹調:
【捲餅、夾餅】將千層餅放入烤箱,烤至膨脹且呈金黃色後取出(溫度250度約7分鐘),
再依個人喜好包上雞肉、牛肉、培根、德國香腸、小熱狗、蔬菜等。
